I have had pains in my lower abdomen mostly on the left side as well as my lower back for 5 weeks now. It comes and goes and at times is so severe I cant move. Doctor gave me meds for bladder infection 2 weeks ago but made no difference.

I had a kidney stone 6 weeks ago which has since passed. Since then I have the urge to urinate more frequently. I have had bloods done and was all fine, URINE MICROSCOPY which came back fine. No pain, no blood, no infection. Dip test clear. Any ideas?
