I've had pain in both sides of my lower abdomen and both sides of my lower back for about a month, mostly my left side, any idea what it could be?

Get a medical exam: If the pain is persistent and getting worse then a medical examination is necessary in order to find the cause. It could be infection in the pelvic area or in the kidneys. Do you have fever? get your urine checked if your urination is more frequent.
