Change her diet: The most important part of weight management is developing healthy eating habits. The stop light diet is a good start. Kids have the advantage of still growing so sometimes maintaining their weight as they grow is sufficient. If you are able use water aerobics, swimming or water therapy to start her on an exercise routine that's suitable for her abilities. Be a good example for your daughter.
