Structured Activity: A minimum of 60 mins daily, it will be helpful to involve the whole family in an active lifestyle. Structure allows for better compliance due to accountability to other team players/family members. Walking; use a tracking device 1.5 to 2 miles daily. Dietary intervention is equally important. Participation in household chores that promote activity serves multiple purposes too. Take care!
