Kidney function: There are congenital disorders like poly cystic kidney , medullary cystic disease. These conditions are characterized by cysts in both kidneys.It is rare to have multiple cysts in only one kidney disease.However it can occur very rarely. Check your bp, kidney function, see a nephrologist.
