If i take omeprazole and escitalopram at opposite ends of the day will that be safe? i am only on small dose of escitalopram.

Escitalopram: Again, the Omeprazole will slow your liver's breakdown of escitalopram -- no matter when in the day you take it. It is safe to take both, with awareness that you may respond to a lower dose of escitalopram than needed without the omeprazole. Should you note any problems with side effects like sedation, etc, please call your physician. Discuss this combo with him or her in any event.

No problem: There are no clinically significant interactions if you are on a low dose of escitalopram.
