Probably not but...: Omeprazole can inhibit an enzyme in the liver that breaks down lexapro (escitalopram). Thus, levels of Lexapro (escitalopram) can theoretically increase when used in combination. I have not seen this in practice but it is described and should be monitored for, especially if you take a higher dose of lexapro (escitalopram).
