Sleep Deprivation: Yes, there are health risks. Symptoms of sleep deprivation can include irritability, feeling tired, poor concentration, decreased memory, changes in appetite, poorer ability to handle stress, lack of comprehension with social interactions. In severe cases it can lead to pyschosis !
