Yes but...: ...not as efficiently as braces. Minor vertical differences can be resolved. Severely displaced teeth are not amenable to clear aligner therapy. Braces are still the gold standard, twice as effective as aligners.

Maybe: Invisalign is a great tool but it does have limitations. It really depends on what tooth needs to be pulled down and how much distance we are talking about. Typically it cannot be done with Invisalign
