Yes: Lack of swelling is not an indication that it's not fractured. Need an xray.

Wrist fracture: Could occur with a nondisplaced her hairline injury that doesn't swell much but still is important to be treated especially if it's a scaphoid fracture or intra-articular fracture of the radius with the step off in the joint surface x-rays and proper evaluation always are important
