On 2nd of august i fractured my risk , had a k wire put in and my parm and hand is still sollown ,the swell is not going down .

You should contact: the Orthopedist who inserted the wire in the ORIF procedure as soon as practicable.....reactive tissue swelling is normal but PROLONGED swelling ias NOT! I would suggest an Urgent Care visit! Hope this is helpful!] Dr Z
