Pain with pushing : The palm ahaist surfaces, called pillar pain is common and can take 2/3 of a year to go away. Pain at rest could be due to inadequate release or may be first sign of infection. Rarely, complex regional pain syndrome.

Bleeding: Bone actually bleed when injured! so bleeding will cause swelling. Also, injured parts leak water. That's called "edema".

Can I bathe my baby when he has tender skin spots on his hands and feet, etc?

Yes: It is ok to bathe your baby, even with tender spots or a rash. However if your baby seems really uncomfortable you may want to make an appointment with your pediatrician. Remember babies do not need a bath every day- this could dry out their skin and make it prone to peeling or increased tenderness. Instead, bathe every 2-4 days.

A Few Things: Low blood sugar and low blood pressure can be seen together in patients with sepsis, an addisonian crisis, some other things. The 2 don't necessarily go hand in hand. People with diabetes and other metabolic conditions will often have low blood sugar, but normal blood pressure. There are other conditions where blood pressure is low and sugars are normal like pots, etc.

Not usual for disk: With the muscular atrophy and neuritis, it might be best to undergo further testing. There are many possible causes, including diabetes, autoimmune, endocrine, to mention a few. At your age, a complete workup is indicated.
