Get medically : Evaluated. Cat claw? Wild animal claw? Aggressive dog claw? This needs wound care at the emergency room. When was your last tetanus shot? For a deep or dirty puncture wound - tetanus shot may be considered if it has been > 5 years since you last one. If it has been > 10 years or you don't know - then you definitely need another tetanus shot.
