Please help! what is the best medicine for alzheimer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Research shows: The best approach is to combine, as early as possible, memantine and a cholinesterase inhibitor, and stay on it as long as it is beneficial. Would also propose, if disease is very early, use of a medical food for "fuel" such as axona, or even cerefolin-nac.
