Depends: What is the type of "plasia". Laser treatment will give your eyes the best vision possible to that with eyeglasses or contacts. It cannot improve any non-correctable vision. Laser can also be used to treat dysplasias of the back of the eye from vascular disorders. Check with your ophthalmologist to see if you fit in this category.
