A few: If the conditions are right and you are a good candidate for an implant, then that is by far the best choice. A team approach with a dentist and an oral surgeon can help you. The next best choice would be a fixed porcelain bridge. A bridge consists of fabricating a crown on the teeth on both sides of the missing tooth which hold a false tooth in the space thus bridging the space. This is permanent.
