Ciprodex?: Not sure I have ever heard of aurodex. There are several antibiotic ear drops, including Cortisporin, (neomycin polymyxin and hydrocortisone) Floxcin otic and Ciprodex. But if there is an aurodex, it is probably an antibiotic coupled with a steroid and is used for external otitis or middle ear infection with a tube or a perforation of the ear drum associated with middle ear infection.
