Can "lidocaine" affect the multiple organ failure of a severe dka {100mmol/l} with glasgow score of 4/15?

Unlikely: Of course it is important to know the dose and the route of the administration, but if you are talking about about severe diabetic ketoacidosis, therapeutic use of Lidocaine should not worsen multiorgan failure, to my opinion.
