Probably: Apparently hundreds of things cause false pos EtG tests, including such things as bananas, sauerkraut, vinegar, and of course anything containing alcohol, including many everyday things you wouldn't suspect. SAMSHA has advised against the use of EtG testing in forensic situations for this reason. Best get a very knowledgeable lawyer if you have not already.
