How long can i use lidocaine patches 5% on my lower rt leg(months)? i use it 12 hours a day with no pain. without it the severe nervy pain comes back

Yes: You do not want to wear it more than 12 hours as wearing it all the time causes one to be resistant to it, as long as you do this you can wear it as long as it works, may stop working for other reasons such as change in the nature or cause of the pain.

No limit: There is no limit as to how long you may use lidocane patches as you described.
