Cortisone shots for wrist tendon pain, what to do?

Unclear on question: Do you mean the cortisone shot didn't work? Or who to go see to get the shot? This might be safest done under ultrasound guidance since cortisone shots around a tendon have rare risk of rupturing the tendon.
