How can a cortisone shot rupture a tendon and what steps can i do to make sure that doesnt happen?

I think it would take.more than one cortisone shot in the same spot to weaken tendon tissue enough to rupture. There are oral medications like the quinalone class or diseases like amyloidosis that can cause tendons to rupture though.
