Crohn's disease and pancreatitis, enlarged spleen, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your GI: You need to be seen by your gastroenterologist asap. There are several entities that could cause these findings. Pancreatitis is often a medication side effect from a crohn's disease medication. You could also have a stone in your bile ducts somewhere. You will likely need some imaging of your abdominal organs if you have not already had some.
