No really.: There are many reasons for Enlarged spleen from Infectious etiology to Neoplastic. As you have been under care of doctor, these must have been screened and monitored. Diverticulosis of Intestine is benign condition. Good luck with the new doctor.

Not related : Splenomegaly since teens? Do you have some form of hemoglobinopathy? Diverticulosis is a different condition not related to splenomegaly.
