Can you tell me about pre-conditions for doing the tests for albumin and creatinine in kidney function tests ?

Htn, diabetes: Creatinine is part of chemistry panel. Your doctor will decide if you need chemistry test based on your medical condition. So this is part of routine chemistry. Albumin is checked as part of urinalysis. Hypertension, diabetes are 2 conditions that these tests must be checked at the time of diagnosis and every follow up.
