Normal: It can take 6-8 weeks to fully recover from a bout of mono and during this time the lymph nodes can indeed remain enlarged. As long as your not having other symptoms such as weight loss, night sweats or fevers, i would give it a bit more. Tell yourself if not smaller by valentine's day you'll have it checked out further.
