Do lymph nodes usually lack immobility in the neck when they are swollen? i have a lump below my chin and it doesn't move very well and i'm concerned, i've been told i have mono tho since allot of my other nodes have risen too?

You may watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
