I have a lump below me chin on my neck, i also have mono and multiple other lymph nodes swollen. the lump on my neck is immovable, i've read that immovable nodes are bad. could this just be immovable because i'm very slim or could it be cancer?

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
