What should I do if I have clicking sounds in my nose. My ENT says I have sinusitis. Could this be reasonth why?
I have an enlarged inferior turbinate in my right nostril for about two months now (asymptomatic). I did notice that the cartilage in my right nostril easily makes faint clicking sounds whenever I clean my nose.Is my swollen turbinate the cause of it?

Thick yellowish post nasal drip. It is accompanied by migraines (around left ear, mostly above it), pain inside of nasal cavity, clicking sounds inside nose. Stuffy nose. Sore throat. No sneezing. No cough. Been happening for more than 3 months.
