What should i do if i have clicking sounds in my nose. my ent says i have sinusitis. could this be reasonth why?

Odd: If the only symptom is a clicking sound it's probably intermittent contact and separation of the mucous membranes in the nose. Infection would cause more pain, pressure, pus like drainage.
