I have an enlarged inferior turbinate in my right nostril for about two months now (asymptomatic). i did notice that the cartilage in my right nostril easily makes faint clicking sounds whenever i clean my nose.is my swollen turbinate the cause of it?

Turbinate : If you are noticing a difference in 1 side of your nose versus the other with the type of swelling you were describing, it would be best to have an exam by an ENT doctor to see if your septum is normal and also to see if you have any type of growth or polyp that may be causing the symptoms you are describing.
