I feel like i have mites in ears and nasal cavity, itchiness in nose during day, but actually awakened by movement in nose/ears at night, clicking sounds, tinnitus, eye floaters, nothing helps. what do i do?

"Mites" or other parasites do not do anything like this and are not a likely cause of your symptoms. Discuss with your doctor if the symptoms continue or you remain concerned. Good luck.
