10 min Intervals: You can exercise effectively by doing 10-15 minute interval training on a stationary bike or elliptical. Set it on manual, do a normal pace for 2-3 minutes, then as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then repeat 2-3 more times. Guaranteed to break a sweat.
