Really big pimple on my face accidentally popped when i slept face down it turned black i think due to the blood but it looks like its smaller i dont know what to make of this yes did clean it when i found out?

This doesn't sound unusual or abnormal. Just let it heal without squeezing and keep the area clean. FYI, if you have many or frequent pimples, please see a doctor, ideally a dermatologist.
