Staying Motivated : Things that work for many of us trying to start up, or stick with an exercise routine are: partnering with a work out buddy or hiring a personal trainer to keep you on track, plan your work out time in advance & put into your calendar, get plenty of sleep and try exercising first thing in the morning before your day gets started. Buy some new work out clothes & some new music that gets you moving.

But, setting small achievable goals ("baby steps"), leveraging the support of friends and fellow exercisers, being accountable on a regular basis and celebrating successes..No matter how small...Are key factors. Begin slowly...You can always ramp things up; begin too aggressively and you'll lose steam and derail! good luck!
