At 18 days after exposure i had a 10 day pcr rna test don this was negative at 28 days after exposure i had a 28 day hiv 1&2 antigen test don this was negative can i now forget about hiv or do i need more test?

It may too soon for a definitive answer. Get and antigen antibody test, 4th Gen Combo, at 45 days after exposure. Ideally you should get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure.
