No worry : The primary purpose of pap smear is to detect cancer or pre-cancerous changes of the cervix. Nothing in your report suggests that. Gram positive and gram negative bacteria along with some fungus, epithelial cells, and leukocytes are all normal inhabitants of the vaginal flora. The presence of trichomonas (std) or hpv (std linked to cancer of cervix) would be abnormalities requiring treatment.
