Today i just found a lump under my left breast on the rib cage. it is very painful and i have another on left back rib which radiates to the front. are these symptoms of cancer?

Need to see your doc: Only a doctor's examination can clarify what it is. Any lump, if it is new and it is real, means something is wrong. It can be an infection(skin) or it could be something else.
