Get it checked: You should have it checked. If it is not in the breast tissue itself then it may be a cyst or boil that needs to be treated. If it is a painful lump in the breast then it needs to be examined by the doctor. Those are usually benign fibrous type growths but you need to have an exam to be sure.

Anytime there is : A lump on the body this should be cause for concern, though I would not worry. Worrying does not help anything. The concern should be to get a biopsy and a definitive diagnosis.

It needs: to be evaluated by your doctor, it is normal to be concerned if you discover a lump. It is probably benign in nature but you have to make sure.
