Leukocytosis: Over 11k it's considered as elevated white blood cell count (leukocytosis). It is not a specific disease, but it can indicate the problem, such as infection, stress, inflammation, trauma, allergy, or certain diseases. The facial pain is usually an acute or chronic dental infection. Due to the multiple possibilities a high white blood cell count usually requires further investigation. See a pcp.
