Maybe: It depends on why you have the red cells in your urine whether or not you need to worry.It can be normal microscopic hematuria, a sign of a urinary tract infection, a sign of a kidney stone, or even a sign of a urinary tract tumor. It is less likely to be a sign of a problem with the pregnancy.Your OB will be able to tell you more based on your history and lab findings.Best wishes 2 u and the baby
