Fertility Testing: This will require significant testing of you and your husband. It cannot be done on the internet. It will require work with your gynecologist or a good fertility clinic. Your family doctor will help direct you to the best option for you and your family.

Having one ovary: Should not be problematic. Instead of the ovaries alternating on releasing an egg- the remaining ovary does the job every month (as long as you are ovulating). If you have been trying for 3 years - it is time to see a fertility specialist).
