Depends: On how long the screws were in. How the alignment was after surgery and whether the fracture has healed. Have you had physical therapy. I would make a follow up appointment. Perhaps get a ct or MRI to evaluate further.

Best answered: By someone reviewing your xrays and examining your foot. Residual pain is certainly plausible from the injury itself...Osteoarthritis is a possibility as well. If your hardware was removed due to an infection then your immediate concern should be the infection being cleared and then discuss with doc how we can move forward from there....Your too young to have continued pain...
