Often associated: Fertility problems and depression go together quite often; in other words there is a frequent association. It is not always a cause-effect relationship (other causes of depression, ) but fertility specialists and counselors see this alot. Women who feel depressed while ttc should definitely bring it up with their doctors; good help is available!

There can be: Many reasons for depression. I wouldn't know enough about your life to know why you might be feeling so low. Some women can find themselves feeling down if they are unsuccessful in conceiving over a long period of time. Some people have "endogenous" depression. In other words, no external events cause their depression - ; in that case there may be a genetic predisposition. Take care.
