Seroquel (quetiapine): According to drugs.Com side effects can include: “psychosis, hallucinations, paranoid reactions, delusions, manic reaction, depersonalization, catatonic reaction, emotional lability, suicide attempt, and euphoria.” however it can also cause change in appetite, change in libido, mask-like face, apathy, weakness ; feeling tired. These types of symptoms are similar to presentations of depression.
