I've missed about a week of my tamoxifen. (restarting today). should i worry?

Not of serious cons: When used for long term use, some degree of missed dosing is common and it is difficult to say if it make any difference, particularly with drug like tamoxifen which stays in the body for several days after the last dose taken. That said you need to avoid frequent interruptions which can be detrimental.
