Maybe thickened: The wall of the bottom part of your colon might be a little thick but it isn't certain. What that means is there may be evidence of inflamed tissue when the wall of the colon is measured but a normal colon is sometimes the same thickness. Most likely further tests will be needed, such as a colonoscopy. That will be a decision made by you doctor based on the clinical situation.
