If poop is in the rectum does it mean the colon is empty,or there's more poop waiting in sigmoid colon.?

Rectum is normally empty, unless the person is constipated. Sigmoid normally has fecal matter. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless.
