Difficult to tell: But biopsy should be helpful, so wait for results. It sounds like inflammation or infection.

Pathology to look : You had a sigmoidoscopy. It showed internal hemorrhoids. You want to walk more, eat more vegetables, and drink more water. Biopsy is to have pathology look under microscope and. Make sure everything is healthy.
