Good questions: There are different kinds of lymphoma with very different behaviors. Some are terribly aggressive and the nodes can double in size in a few days whereas others are very indolent and may remain unchanged for months or years. Same applies for symptoms, the most common of which is just an enlarged node.

Yes: It isn't possible to say exactly how big they would be. Lymph nodes involved by lymphoma usually grow progressively and would be significantly bigger after 1 year. Other signs and symptoms associated with lymphoma include unexplained weight loss, night sweats, lack of appetite, recurring fever, fatigue, enlarged liver and/or spleen, etc. Consulting your physician is recommended.
